No way. Too many volatile compounds that would have outgassed over the centuries. 50,000 year old droppings would be totally inert and recognized only by visual inspection. Change my mind.

Years ago I bought some dinosaur coprolite while in Arizona for my kids. They enjoyed playing with it more than with regular rocks. Poop millions of years old can be fun; can't be said about fresh poop.
