By this definition Sikhs will be excluded from flying. Their religion once they are fully “vested” require a full beard which will not accommodate an effective mask by any standards as if they ever were. The same applies to Hasidim Jews as well as some Muslims.
This opens the door to a full on religious discrimination lawsuit.
