Yes, that’s pretty much correct. And the careful wording of their title, and the way it’s been disseminated ensures that it will function as bait, and ultimately be disappointing for those looking for some affinity with TIME magazine of all things. They do seem to be changing a bit, but they like Newsweek are virtually invisible at this point.
