Great idea, Every one who offers as a candidate for Federal and state office has to under go a test for chronic narcissist personality disorder.

That would keep us from being victims of these idiots in Washington.

Perhaps a psychological evaluation needs to be done on all those running for office and proposing such dangerous legislation. As soon as they drop their hat in the ring, it should be the first thing that must be done, regardless of whether they are the incumbent or not.
