Such 'training' ticks you off and sticks in your craw!
Meh. Been through them all. Sexual harassment, fraternization, hate groups, suicide, human trafficking, etc, etc. For most people, it's a wasted day and they move on. It's more of a pain in the butt for those who have to organize, perform and document the training. What's going to tick some people off is hearing their leaders call out a group they identify with as extremists or conspiracy kooks.
