I do not believe the impeachment can go to the Supreme Court due to the separation of powers. The Supreme Court judges legislation, not the rights of Congress. Impeachment is a constitutional right of the Congress to which the Supreme Court has no jurisdiction. Only the Senate can say to the House, their impeachment is out of bounds and the Senate refused to do so when the vote on that question was put forward by Senator Paul.

That is not correct. If Congress makes a law that people cannot say the word "Trump" or they will go to jail, SCOTUS would rightly state (let's hope!) that this is contrary to the First Amendment and Congress "shall make no law..."

Incorrect. Once this is OVER, and whatever the outcome, Trump can take it up since it is a constitutional issue.

They violated several items per the US Constitution.

The imoportant ones spelled out in the lawyers reply.
