I have long advocated Republicans not talk to the media. If a reporter shoves a mic in your face say, "I have no comment at this time". If they ask for an interview, say no.
No matter how nice a reporter is when they ask for an interview when it starts they will plunge the knife into your chest.
Why isn’t Bill Maher listening to the new president’s daily half hour, hour long, two hour long ad-hoc press conferences before getting on Marine One/AF One and after getting off of Marine One/AF One after flying all over the country giving two hour speeches to every imaginable grouping of American citizens?

Did we ever know who his 'Human Resource Director' was? Who was doing the recommendations? Who was doing the hiring? Someone was giving him bad advice and poor recommendations about hires.
Oh I agree no one has that bad a blind spot for so many of these appointments whoever he trusted was pretty much submarining him more then likely McConnell who was telling him who was confirmable and who wasn’t and most of the confirmable types like Barr pretty much live in the swamp
