Our UNION teachers don’t want to go back. They don’t give a damn about the kids. Why have 2 months off every year when you can work part time 10 months of the year.
Around here, getting paid $80,000 for a zoom meeting once a day for 10 months is quite the deal. Let's say it's an hour class, that's $400 an hour. Even at 4 a day it's $100/hour in your PJ's, no wonder they don't want to actually work.
In my school district in CA, small groups of K-12 students are being invited back, still doing remote learning on laptops but overseen by non-union substitutes. Pathetic!
I wish I could post on the Facebook page but I don’t want to embarrass my daughter. One teacher wrote “ I don’t want to go back to a covid infested school” I was going to tell her then quit bitch. They should fire her ass.
