To: Blood of Tyrants

There is absolutely no provision in the Constitution that allows Congress the power to regulate the keeping or bearing of arms by the militia.

True. But if you look at the decisions of the SC, arms suitable for use by the militia are specifically protected by the 2nd Amendment, and they agree that the 2nd has nothing to do with hunting or skeet shooting or target shooting. I think that there is more than one justice who really wants to hear a 2A case and definitely destroy a lot of gun control laws.
