I suggest parents pull together and hire private tutors...this ends indoctrination and useless subjects it also opens up classes in welding, wood-crafting, the area of cartography along with math etc...otherwise get use to the idea of America The Land Of The Uneducated.
High school kids are enjoying classes in person in my part of Wisconsin - no problems! Walz is an idiot.
Not just classes being disrupted. My senior year was filled with so many fun activities and memories... senior prom, junior ball, chair of spirit week, band and choir concerts, marching band, all-state choir, track and field, becoming good friends with our foreign exchange student from Brazil (who I still keep in touch with), playing in the band for the senior musical, a graduation ceremony with the people I grew up with, and my happiest memory — qualifying to compete in the state meet in cross country. These types of things are ruined as well because of this overreaction to a virus.
Pure evil.

It’s bad that you didn’t mention the state but I don’t think it’s evil.
Exactly work less paid more and sit all day on social media drinking lattes taking their self’s all the while saying how important and very essential they are.
One day these kids will hopefully rise up and deny the old codgers who stole their youth their enjoyment of retirement.
I guess the govs decision just goes to prove how UNESSENTIAL SCHOOLS and UNION TEACHERS are.
