President Trump should have sent US Marshals, seized and impounded these machines the day after the election.
Bottom line our team was more concerned with playing by the other teams rules than playing to win. Now the Republic is dead and so is the GOP.
I wish Rudy good luck but after 20 plus years in IT I can tell you he will end up with a big fat nothing.
Not just wiped. But hardware replaced. Won’t even have info from the run offs.
All relevant evidence is discoverable or anything that could lead to relevant evidence.
“The GA recount showed no such thing.”
Are you serious? The same ones who flipped the vote/rigged the election did the recount.
The audit also wouldn’t catch the fact the Biden ballots were entered many times into the system. The system doesn’t know it’s the same ballot. Signatures were separated from mail in ballots. It was impossible to verify them. No signature verification efforts was even attempted. The corrupt governor and Secretary of State should be recalled, tried for treason and placed in front of a firing squad, if there was any justice left in this God-forsaken country.
RE: CLASS ACTION SUIT against Dominion
1. Who’s going to initiate it?
2. How do you get people to join the suit?
3. Who has standing ( there’s that word again )?
>>You get Discovery if the judge wants you to have Discovery? ‘Cause I’m thinking the Discovery may be pretty darn limited.<<
No. In civil cases, discovery is extremely wide-ranging and the party under discovery has to provide compelling evidence that it is not relevant. That is a legal standard and it is quite high.
It includes everything from yellow post it notes on the wall to phone call metadata. The machines at issue are certainly relevant.
True but good grounds for appeal and may get remanded.

“And remember- If they delete the data then it’s call SPOLIATION
That means that the court can assume the machines held data that would have been detrimental to their case.
It’s actually worse in some cases than actual evidence because you can presume the worst.”
Great points!
One of the tools of discovery is the taking of depositions from people who may have relevant evidence. I have seen it claimed that the testimony of one Dominion representative that no machines were connected to the internet has been contradicted by evidence. Did the person testifying commit perjury? Or were they just conveniently ignorant? Will some future deposed person testify that the first person DID have knowledge of internet connectivity?
Bill Clinton learned the hard way in the Paula Jones case that conspiracies are difficult to cover up. Clinton perjured himself before a Grand Jury and was caught. In a just world he would have been removed from office, barred from holding future office, and jailed for perjury.
>>“Your Honor, as standard practice, all Dominion machines are cleansed and clear after an election. Your order can not be fulfilled at this time.”
Signed,
Dominion’s lawyers<<
“Dear Dominion
Your spoilation of relevant evidence makes your case moot. Case dismissed with prejudice. Dominion to pay Respondent’s legal fees and all court costs.
Sincerely
The Judge”
Not the outcome we would prefer but the highest probability one.
Voting software should only be open source. This proprietary software nonsense is a license to steal.

No it didn’t! It’s still there for anyone who is interested in law and order!

Thanks a million!
We wish but likely spoliation is complete.
> There are affifavits of the suitcase ballots being fed into the counter three times. If the recount didn’t catch that, then it didn’t happen (the affiant was lying) or the recount was useless.
The whole “suitcases of ballots” thing was based on a selective showing of snippets of security cam video that Giuliani, Traci Picks, et. al. presented to an almost entirely friendly audience of GA state senators (with the exception of Elena Parent) on Dec. 3rd. The “suitcases” were in fact standard ballot crates that were being used for ballots throughout the day. Also, if you watch the fuller security cam video (made available by the GA SoS here: https://securevotega.com/factcheck/) you can see that those crates under the table were filled with ballots that had been removed from envelopes but not yet counted, and then stored under the table — this all occurred between 10 and 10:30pm EST while media, election observers and monitors were present (Giulini, et. al. curiously neglected to show this portion of the footage during their presentation to GA senators.) As far as ballots being fed 3 times, the GA SoS has said that this happens when a stack of ballots are misread. But for the sake of argument, even if the ballots had been counted 3 times (by two different workers), the scan rate of the machines are max 3000/hour or 50/minute. The alleged multiple scans took 5 to 10 minutes tops. So even if all those ballots had gone for Biden the number of “illegal” votes due to the alleged multiple scans would have been in the low to mid hundreds.
If Dominion wiped the machines after Rudy made the claim about the machines, then I think Dominion's case shouldn't be successful.
Question: Why were the other counters sent home? Only 4 stayed.
Question: Why were the ballots they were working on boxed and work was begun on the boxes under the table after everyone else had left?
Question: Why did they continue working without observers?
Let’s assume for the sake of argument that Rudy Giuliani gets to do a full discovery of all Dominion voting machines. Who here thinks for a single second that those machines and I mean every single one of them haven’t all been white clean by now? That means Discovery means exactly zilch.
“No one is going to see actual, unwiped machines from Nov. 3 2020. The machines, or the data, will have disappeared except to generate huge legal charges.”
100% agree.
“I suspect also Dominion’s action against Giuliani is all about generating headlines.”
Or voting machine sales.
