Great advice JCL3. Copied to Word and saved to my Desktop! I will have to try it. My muscles have really atrophied since my quad bypass in February. I think they had me on ‘the pump’ for too long -7 hrs vs. the 3 predicted. That’s what I get for agreeing to the first surgery 6:30am the day after the Super Bowl.

It is an EXPERIMENTAL vaccine. There have been no animal trials.
A prior coronavirus vaccine (2002?) was shelved after the completion of animal trials. The first shot went well. The second shot went well. After the ferrets became exposed to the coronavirus, they died. The same thing COULD happen with the current experimental vaccine. The companies who have brought this to market are legally shielded from prosecution and lawsuits because this is an EXPERIMENTAL vaccine.

specifically used these: B12, ginkgo, CoQ10, B complex. Diet was also modified to alternating between keto and carnivorous including fish and “standard American Diet”.

After the operation I could hardly walk at first. I took halting, unbalanced steps and slapped my feet down like a TBI patient. That’s what I told myself too. The home health nurses were talking about walking a mile a day when I could hardly make it to the end of the driveway and back. I’ve worked at it and now do 4 miles in 100 minutes on local walking trails. Beautiful all around and over joyed to be alive and out and about in nature.
I’ve pretty much been on the cited diet. In addition to the supplements you list I also take vitamin-E for organ repair, magnesium for the heart, and zinc for the immune system. The vitamin-E and magnesium made a huge difference because at first the doctors said no supplements and my condition was actually getting worse, especially with the heart. The vitamin-E and magnesium really helped to turn things around.
