Further....the opposition is just re-playing their responses condemning, cnsuring this and that, objecting with no action.

Assume for the moment that this “sham trial” goes forward, does Leahy, as the presiding “judge”, having a vote in any of the proceedings?
It would appear to me that he would not have a vote because he is supposed to be sitting as a neutral party.
If I am correct, then the Senate will be divided 50 R’s and 49 D’s. Kamala can not vote, both because she is not presiding over the trial and because, if a vote is 50-49, there is no tie to break.
Any legal beagles out there that can respond to this issue?

Why are the democrats and the RINOs even having a senate trial to convict President Trump? There is obviously no law anymore. Why the charade of pretending that there is? What can the people do about the loss of our country now?
It is an admission that the whole process is outside the bounds of a Constitutional impeachment of a President, which the Constitution means a sitting President, not someone who is now a civilian.
As a process that is not in accord with the Constitutional intent and purpose of the impeachment process, the Dims can put Captain Kangaroo in charge and it won’t matter. They will get the Kangaroo verdict they want no matter what, and it will have no Constitutional meaning anyway.
Why do the Dims not care? They know that the only conviction that will matter for the most part is conviction in the minds of a majority of the sheeple, no matter how illegitimate it is.
