That’s the best example possible. That’s exactly what splitting the right of center into 2 parties would do until one of them died. And whichever one died would absorb the other side’s, so in the end nothing would change except for a long time of completely silenced right.

That will take time, something we no longer have. Damage is being done right now, and will continue to be done. We won’t be picking up any unhinged commie-crats before during or after this great split so....
It will be a three way uneven split, but they won’t loose anybody. They will be the ones to head committees and most likely to maintain majority in both houses to steer agenda and vendettas like the garbage we see today.
