You are assuming the judicial system is not as corrupt as the rest of DC. Imagine a trial in DC or NYC and you can convict him on anything.
You’re correct about corrupt judicial courts in D.C. and NYC. If anything went to trial, Trump would be convicted regardless of the facts.
My position is they won’t ever see a courtroom, except for small ticky tack campaign type stuff. I may be wrong, but I think this impeachment farce, will not turn out well for the boneheads running The House of Representatives.
We’ll see, 2021 is going to be very interesting year.
