B) Military deployments are planned month in advance

Moving and exchanging troops and equipment between northeastern Syria and Iraq is an ongoing, repeated process. It is defending the Kurdish held area of northeastern Syria which also holds oil resources which are helping fund the defenses of the Kurds.
Just a regular supply convoy. Amazed that people try to make anything of this LOL!
