Facebook has gone down for thousands of users in the United States and Europe on Friday night, with some unable to access the site and others reporting that porn had flooded their video feeds.
Downdetector.com which measures website problems saw the problems start to occur around 10pm EST. At least 4,800 users in the U.S. reported on Downdetector that they were unable to log in.
The most common issue appeared to revolve around those attempting to log in to the site - which they were unable to do.

I personally wish that everyone would declare a “facebook holiday”.
Don’t forget the added Smart phone feature with everything you type in or take a pic of goes directly to chinas information bureau.
Everything has been hacked. Someone dumped $1,000 into my account. The company refused to believe that $1,000 was dumped into the account, even though the unauthorized deposit is hanging there plain as day on the accounting sheet. So the company closed my account and drained every penny from my account for violating “terms.”
My bad boy lawyer is licking his chops and said we’re about to make a bunch of easy money.
Monday stock prices will be interesting.

In the Downdetector.com comments...people are saying they’re logged out and being asked to send a copy of their driver’s license for ID. And they’re sending it in...sheesh.
I’m hearing it’s just on i-phones?

My daughter was watching and listening to f.b. music videos on her desk top comp so she could see on a bigger screen. It fried the hard drive.
