I spent way too many years in the Bay area. But I will say some of the most “in-anybody’s-face” conservatives I've ever met were locals at Cow Palace gun shows.

I just see how solidly Democrats win in those regions. If you live in one of them and you feel your patriotism was questioned for doing so, my apologies.
