I still say even if you support a new party still vote in the GOP primary to vote out the incumbent.
His rank & file support in the GOP is at the 90+% level.
He should just help those rank and file oust the “country clubbers” from control of the local party organizations. It would be stupid to give up that kind of leverage for the much much more difficult problem of setting up a new party. The two main parties over the years have gone from private political groups\clubs to quasi-government entities protected to a great degree by state & local government. Organization, ballot access & state/local laws (Yes of dubious constitutionality !) would have to significantly overcome. All that takes money, time and focus. I have no doubt Trump can deliver the focus, probably can finance or raise the money. However the critical variable is time ! DemoRat Fascism can not be allowed time to consolidate more then they already are ! Spending time to overcome all the obstacles so of a new party allows them too much time for the Rats to embed in. Far easier to take what you already have and exploit that.

I agree. I am willing to consider a new party. The republicans don’t represent freedom anymore. I know all the arguments against it. They are valid. But this isn’t working. It may be time to build something new.
Another party would ensure eight long years of leftwing control, perhaps 16, but maybe it would be worth it in the long run.
Liberals and Democrats will manufacture ads featuring ANTIFA posing as the Proud Boys and the Boogaloo Boys and calling them the face of the Patriot Party. You can take that to the bank.

No. A third party will be the end of conservatism forever. The only way to get back to a winning stance (IMHO) is to first primary every RINO and then defeat all the Republican leftovers that sided with the Dems and blocked President Trump’s initiatives at every turn. President Trump can be the rightful figurehead if you will, but the Republicans in the House and Senate need to be sent home and new “Trumpian” members installed. It is the only way.
