A new report from left-wing outlet Axios details multiple instances of former Attorney General Bill Barr actively working to ensure that President Trump’s political agenda failed on multiple fronts, including suppression of violent left-wing riots and protecting election integrity. National File has previously reported on Barr’s questionable background and behavior during his tenure in the Trump administration. Though the Axios piece vigorously portrays Trump in a negative light while glorifying Barr, the anecdotes contained within are nonetheless damning for the former AG.
Following breaking news that Barr had denied election fraud, Trump reportedly summoned Barr to demand an explanation.
“The stuff that these people are filling your ear with just isn’t true,” Barr allegedly told the President. “It’s just bulls**t.” Pressed by Trump, Barr admitted that he had not even watched the Michigan Senate hearing on election fraud.
Barr’s slothful response to widespread reports of election report would later be noted in a scathing rebuke from the Trump legal team.
Earlier in the year, Barr reportedly undermined the President’s desire to use the military to quell mass looting and rioting by Black Lives Matter and Antifa militants that ravaged myriad American cities throughout the summer.
President Trump wanted to invoke the Insurrection Act and make a show of strength which would force the looters off American streets in August, but Barr pushed back against the idea with help from Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Mark Milley and Defense Secretary Mark Esper.
An exasperated Trump reportedly banged his hand on the Resolute Desk and stated, “No one gives me any f**king support!”
Shortly before Trump confirmed that Barr would be gone by Christmas, the AG preemptively moved to block the President from pardoning National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden.

Wait! Didn’t Joe deGenova and his wifey assure us many many times on Hannity, Tucker, and the other Fox evening shows that Barr was going to be the greatest AG in American history and really take it to the Deep State? By the way, wonder where deGenova and his wife have been hiding lately?
He needs to own his own bad judgement in so many ways

Yep!
That is a direct consequence of BOTH parties swearing in the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia in 2009.
......................................
Well and truly said and every word of it. I knew in ‘07 that this country would be doomed if that ineligible fraud was ever elected. And now look where we are! Pitiful.
Do you really think Mitch would have allowed the “right attorney general

That was the time Trump needed to cement his role as the true leader of the United States. He needed to go to war with McConnell and do whatever it took. And no matter how that war played out and whatever happened at the end of the day, nothing could be worse than where we are right now.
I understand the frustration, but that would have ended Trumpism once and for all.
The way I see it, Trump lives to fight another day.
What this country has become s AT THE FEET of these WEAK FECKLESS republicans we voted them into office because it was the lesser of two evils WELL it was not the lesser of two evils they are the SAME EVIL!!! I am praying that voting for republicans is no longer an option for us!!!
YOU call it bad judgement I CALL IT fighting these bastards FINALLY!!!
The way I see it, Trump lives to fight another day

I appreciate your optimism and certainly hope he does. He’s going to need the patience of Job and the wisdom of Solomon on steroids to defeat these monsters.
In February of 2019 POTUS was fending off the “RUSSIA! RUSSIA!” accusations and investigations. With nearly all the Democrats in Congress willing to vote for his impeachment and conviction, he needed every Republican ally he could muster in order to have any chance at re-election.
Which meant Mitch and his cronies were calling the shots on Presidential nominations.
Which is why there shouldn’t be much faith put in the new SCOTUS members.
YOU call it bad judgement I CALL IT fighting these bastards FINALLY!!!

I actually haven’t used the term “bad judgement”. I am a 100% Trump supporter and will continue to be one. Nevertheless, I have to wonder what caused him to appoint so many traitors and liars whose plan was to undermine his agenda at every opportunity. However one answers that question I don’t see any way that Trump himself can escape responsibility. It makes me recall the story of President Truman having a sign on his desk proclaiming that THE BUCK STOPS HERE!
‘Do you believe there will be another honest presidential or any other type of election in this country?....How does that work?.....President Trump won a landslide victory and he is leaving January 20th with the blessings of the supereme court, senate, congress, judges, media, ect......Voting WILL NOT fix what is going on in this country....’
Correct
Backstabber like Barr are the wrong people to have around you. If only Trump had read Free Republic he could have known not to trust those that eventually undermined him.
“Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Mark Milley
isn’t this the same guy that just put 30,000+ NG on active duty ‘in the streets’?”
Yep, because if you need 30,000+ armed troops to protect your inauguration from the people, then you probably were not elected by the people.
Agree. If he had just minimal support from Repukes much more would have gotten done sooner!.
But the deep state had to keep its fiefdoms in tact.
