Trump is in command of these troops, not Biden. Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act, declare martial law and start to roundup and arrest the co-conspirators of the failed coup attempt against the President and the US government. The NG troops will assist in that operation.

In this video the guardsman checking IDs says he is from the Pennsylvania National Guard.
That makes sense ironically, they need to defend the lousy job they did ensuring a fair election in their state.
You need to wake up. The Guard is not there to arrest Pelosi and install Trump. That’s some “trust the plan” kind of thinking.
They are there as part of the coup. Just like crushing our ability to organize and communicate on FB, Twitter, Parler, etc. Just like restricting our ability to travel by putting us on no fly lists, closing hotels, etc. Just like the FBI mass arrests of anyone they can prove was in DC. Just like controlling the official party line on all news media outlets.
The sooner you face that the soldiers from leftist states are in DC to protect the coup, the sooner you can trim you sails for that reality.

National Guard are harmless and the only time I was issued ammo in the NG was Iraq and Kosovo. They are just a show and optics in this case and no better than mall cops. Not one of them wants to be there. It is what we don’t see that is very lethal. The Capitol was breached 1/6 because it was allowed to. I suppose forces that be could issue live ammo and just have some provocateurs whip something up like Kent State. Anything is possible these days.
The troops will need guns because they will be rounding up and arresting people involved in crimes against the state, especially those co-conspirators of the failed coup attempt to take down President Trump and the US government.
They will also be needed to quell the antifa and BLM rioters from destroying the nation's capitol when they find out Trump will remain as president.
