Wasn’t FR denied service awhile back? I think that FR is self standing - some internet provider could block it though(?)

FR was given short notice to move out of a hosting center. But that was because the center was closing suddenly. FR was not targeted.

So only your internet provider or browser can deny them? Explorer at one time blocked them and FF called them some sort of virus site and blocked them.
