Poll: Majority Say U.S. Is ‘Not Winning Against the Coronavirus

A slight majority of Americans do not believe the U.S. is winning the war against the Chinese coronavirus, a Rasmussen Reports survey released Thursday showed.

Fifty-three percent of the 1,000 Americans surveyed said that they do not believe that the U.S. is winning the war against the Wuhan virus, although 28 percent said the opposite. Nineteen percent indicated they remain unsure.

I'm an ER nurse in a city full of Covid. I have seen many flu seasons prior to this. December through February is always bad for flu and makes for some busy days in the ER but it's never this bad.

Our hospital mandated flu shots this year. There was no more opting out of it unless you had a documented allergy to it. We have had multiple nurses out with Covid-two right now on the night shift in fact. The area seems to have peaked and plateaued somewhat as far as patients go but we're still seeing a ton of them.

I review Covid cases regularly. Most of them had a flu test and a RSV test with the Covid test. I haven't seen any positive flu tests. Not one. No RSV either. Just Covid and plenty of it. Norovirus seems like it's still going around like every year and it mimics Covid with the nausea, vomiting and diarrhea so those folks get Covid tested and you're sure they'll be positive but they aren't. our new Covid test tests for Flu A and B and RSV at tyhe same time and results in 1 hour. That's a huge victory in this fight. Game changer.

We are better at keeping these people alive then we were in wave 1. My county led the state in deaths for a long time but now the larger counties have surpassed us as it should be.

My wife also works in a hospital-a different bigger one. She was standing in line to get her Covid shot and was talking to an ICC nurse that said every one of her Covid patients had died.

Bottom line FRiend: this ain't the flu. Not even close.

How do you know that? Are you testing for bacteria using PCR tests? Are they mostly upper respiratory infections? This is the same thing that happened the last time the Nation used masks in large numbers. 1918 Spanish flu most died from bacterial infections not the flu. Note the author of this

I find it odd that you would argue with a medical professional who has been on the front line of this fight since day one and who has just laid out the God’s honest truth of the situation to you. What special knowledge or skill set do you possess that gives you this deep insight into the conspiratorial reality of this pandemic? I’m not going to argue with you about it but I would like to know the source of your keen insight. Did you go to medical school? Are you a doctor? A molecular biologist? Just who the F are you to tell me what’s what about Covid? That’s all I want to know.

We test for bacteria using chest X-rays, CT scans of the chest, blood cultures, lactic acid levels, procalitonin levels, daily lab work. It is common for Covid patients to develop a fatal bacterial infection during the course of Covid infection. In my experience, it is common to see Covid patients with low white blood cells whereas bacterial infections typically have a high white blood cell count. it is also quite common for Covid patients to develop fatal blood clotting problems that result in strokes, heart attacks, pulmonary embolisms. the first reported Covid death in America you may recall, died from a ruptured heart. The flu does not rupture your heart. there is nothing like this.

"A virus infection in conjunction with bacterial infection led to most of the deaths during the 1918–1919 pandemic -From Dr Fauci report I gave a link.

You observations seem to be similar to the Spanish flu which Bacteria was the primary cause of the deaths

The virus causes the bacterial infection. It makes the host more susceptible to what is known as a "secondary bacterial infection". It is super common. The virus is still what's killing everybody however. Secondary bacterial infections common with viruses . this article is from 2012-well before we ever even heard of Covid. As I said earlier, it also leads to coagulpathy-blood clots which leads to dysfunction of multiple organ systems. By the time you have gotten this sick, you're probably on a ventilator and knocked out with diprovan and there's a good chance you'll never wake up. This shit is real and it's real bad for some folks. Some folks are fine, most folks even but we're a big country with 330 million susceptible hosts so even a small percentage of fatalities equals a lot of dead Americans.

Are you testing for bacteria using PCR tests?

PCR tests with a CT count of 35 plus are worthless, and yet our PCR test checks for CT counts of 37-40+. This is how they keep the case count so high. About a month ago Florida became the first state requiring the CT count to be reported for each test. Anybody with a CT count over 35 isn't contagious. This will help eliminate false positives.

Another interesting point, depending on the US state we live in, infections are 6 to 24 times the cases. Think about what that means. It's not nearly as bad as reported.

exactly right. Breathing in excessive CO2 causes acidosis. acidic blood causes an ideal ground for breeding for various bacterial and viral microbes.

I'm not saying it isn't real. I'm saying the way we're going about preventing it is a major mistake to the point I believe should be criminal. if we had a justice system

Agreed PCR tests are not designed for this. The inventor of PCR tests has said the same thing. This is a control virus plain and simple

No one has claimed I'm smarter then others. You and I are fully aware of the process of how buffers work in our body. It's called the bicarbonate buffer system where CO2, water and a weak base such as bicarbonate keeps our systems PH in balance.

If we take in excess CO2 our body will need more weak bases to keep it in check if we don't we're creating a incubator of germs and viruses

All we’ve heard this past year from geniuses like you is how the virus is too small to be stopped by a mask but now you want to claim that a mask is able to prevent a CO2 molecule from passing through it? A CO2 molecule is about 300 times smaller than a Covid virus so, if it won’t stop a Covid virus how will it stop a CO2 molecule let alone enough CO2 molecules to overwhelm the bicarbonate-carbonic acid buffer system? Since you’re smarter than everyone else, I’m sure you will have no problem explaining this.
