You are right, But when it comes time to enforce such a bill, if it becomes law, it won’t stand the most rudimentary court challenge.

Before Trump Politicians, big Business tech, and Hollywood invested huge sums of money, both secured/unsecured and borrowed, both here and abroad, into investments which Hillary Clinton would guarantee by her presumed election. She lost.......Therefore they all lost enormous sums in their speculations..... They blame Trump for their financial debts and huge losses...... Now they want him to pay.
