If you sue a school for prayer and you’re from the Freedom from Religion group, you’re right. Anyone else, not so much. I was going to say that suing public schools is usually a non starter because the taxpayers on the jury end up with higher taxes, but this case involves a Catholic school.

These parents are paying good money to send their kids to a Catholic school. I guess it might be time for them to find another one. A less hostile one.
