The precedent has been set clearly now. Every president who has an opposition party (if that ever happens again) will be impeached for whatever. Bad manners, poor sense of style, anything really.

It took about a week to vote a bill of impeachment against President A. Johnson in 1868. But the emotions-for-brains Rats of today, and their dear friends like Cheney, are determined to set a new record. I agree that the “snap impeachment” will now become the weapon of choice for those who care only for power, the Constitution be damned.
