Someone who was infected came in and infected others?
I mean, that was the reason for every other spike in nursing home deaths. I don’t know why this would be different. Or why these residents would all suddenly drop dead of a vaccine that 29 million other people got safely.

That’s what I wonder - was the vaccine given by “outsiders”? That maybe had just been at another facility that had widespread Covid?
