The minute I turned 18 I had a shared barracks with 49 other men committing their lives to the USA.

The next time she leaves home for school or whatever, have a locksmith on call to change the locks or do it when she is watching.

After the locks are changed put all of her belongings outside on the porch and give her a few hours to gather them.

Then, inform her that if she comes on your property again, you will call the police.

If she is in a will/trust or 401k, remove her.
