That doesn’t fit here. Jesus was talking about those who choose him as their personal savior and in their own family there is opposition to them because of their choice.
This is because of. political choice and it’s a political reaction ... or else a reaction to political issues.
There may be a verse about children rising up against their parents ... in a general sense. I can’t remember where that is.
It actually does apply.
When we accept Jesus, we are called into account for every single thought, word and deed, while upon this earth, AS WE LIVE UPON THIS EARTH.
The draws into account belonging in various political parties that espouse views that are contrary to the will of the LORD.
Many, many, folks are going to claim to belong to Jesus and will be stunned when they are not ‘known’ by Jesus.
It’s absolutely frightening how the lack of spiritual knowledge will enable people to drive themselves right off the narrow path unto the road into hell.
