I don’t see that any of these cases have been distributed for conference yet. Some will probably be distributed for conference in February, others in March or maybe April depending on who files what. The responses aren’t even due yet in the later cases filed by Trump. Distribution is supposed to happen no less than 14 days after a response is filed to allow the petitioner to file a reply. Unless the petitioner waives the 14 days or the respondent waives a response, in which case distribution usually happens on the next distribution date after the response or waiver is filed. The conference date will be a few weeks after the distribution date, based on a published schedule.
