The Supreme Court was never going to even hear the evidence. This is the worst case scenario, folks. It now does not matter what happened, and what the facts are.
The poison is in the well, and it is either destroying or intimidating the last few individuals that might have done something about it. We dwell on specifics, times, dates, documents, sworn eyewitness depositions, physical and documentary evidence. Wasted energy and paper. The evidence points to the truth, so the evidence can never see the light of day. Darkness is the result.
Facts that should bring down the Democrat leadership, are being ignored, dismissed out of hand, and censored. Only the guilty would ever do such things in such obvious desperation. Many will be “radicalized” as they say by the political oppression to come. What will we do about it then? There are no longer any good easy nice answers, unless serfdom is to your liking.
I don’t see how Biden’s inauguration affects whether the cases are moot. The cases are either moot today (and some were moot when they were filed) because the electors have already met and voted and had their votes counted, or they won’t become moot until after the end of Biden’s term in 2025.

They could be dead for all we know. How do we know this alleged “court” even exists? It never does any work. Could all be imaginary. How do we know some rogue leftist law clerk isn’t running the show?
The entire “justice system” appears to be phony. Why do we even need it? It does literally nothing. Hell, I could be a judge if all they do is deny to hear everything.
I don’t see that any of these cases have been distributed for conference yet. Some will probably be distributed for conference in February, others in March or maybe April depending on who files what. The responses aren’t even due yet in the later cases filed by Trump. Distribution is supposed to happen no less than 14 days after a response is filed to allow the petitioner to file a reply. Unless the petitioner waives the 14 days or the respondent waives a response, in which case distribution usually happens on the next distribution date after the response or waiver is filed. The conference date will be a few weeks after the distribution date, based on a published schedule.
Wow. SCOTUS has sure gone over to the Dark Side.
