BREAKING: Parler sues Amazon for antitrust violation, breach of contract and unlawful business interference. Asks federal judge to order Amazon to reinstate the platform
— John Kruzel (@johnkruzel) January 11, 2021
Parler is suing Amazon for antitrust violation only a day after Amazon disappeared the app from the internet.
The Nazi’s also used big tech IBM to silence their enemies as well.
Wait until they’re back, I would at least.
Courts are there to serve their masters - legal associations. After all judges are little more than over promoted lawyers. I fear the billion dollar suit to defend corrupt Canadian company Dominion voting will not go our way too.

Ask Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn about that, will you?
Interstate commerce.
Your post makes sense, but, if there are over 1000 other potential providers out there, how many would have features, capacity, etc., that would make sense for (or even be workable for) Parler?
How many could / would stand up to being pressured not to do business with Parler?
How long would it take for Parler to make the switch?
One thing is for sure, Parler remains offline @ present.
GAB appears to be online but frozen or totally overwhelmed.
So we get Amazon with a breach of confidentiality. Everyone sue them for $1 Billion.
FR isn’t pure when it comes to banning people with different POVs.
Are they?
Any suggestions for a conservative alternative would be greatly appreciated!
Are these the same courts that ignored massive election fraud? If so, I doubt the courts will do anything for Parler. The courts are mostly leftist and do not follow the rule of law.

Just tried it. They’re gone alright.

...I have GOT to get a new set of reading glasses...
And the judge was randomly assigned ... by server running on AWS Federal Solutions I bet.
By now you should know the result, no standing due to emanating penumbras with latches.
I wish I could take you up on your bet. I’ve read the filing. Unlike you, I suspect. And if Amazon COULD drop anyone at any time for any reason, there would be no value to a terms of service contract.
Caucus Room.
But they're down, too. :(
Loaded question
As far as I know, FR only takes action of any kind if the rules are broken.
