It is possible to access Parler from a browser.

It won't be. Amazon is turning off their access to the Amazon Web Services servers that their software runs on. Google, Apple, and Amazon have colluded to shut down another business. If only there was a government that wasn't fascist and would apply the law to end these kinds of anti-competetive actions. But we do have a fascist government that has favored businesses and the rest ones that are out of favor are to be destroyed. Just like Hitler had.

Replying to the wrong user. However, you are 1000% correct.,

I don’t see how they can rebuilt the tech stack that they used under AWS, especially if they used any AWS services beyond than simple hosting. (Load balancing, spinning up instances and services as needed, etc)

Cloud service technology take years to development and implement.
