The times stated are the upper limits. If everyone from Pence on down is on board it can be done in less than 24 hours...the only one not in agreement that could drag out any time would be President Trump, but that would be futile.

OK--but if they are afraid of President Trump doing _something_ (whatever it is) the President would still have plenty of time to do it.
There is something really _weird_ going on--it just does not make _any_ sense.
