I think they're furious that he won't concede. I think they want him out before the 20th so they can spare themselves the spectacle of having an inauguration without the previous president attending.

Despite what they may say publicly, they very much want his concession. Otherwise, you can't marginalize those who refuse to recognize Biden as the "President". You are going to have 75 million Americans who look at "President" Biden and simply shrug their shoulders; if President Trump doesn't recognize him as the winner, why should any of us?

I think you hit the nail on the head. They want the video of saying Biden won, I lost to play over and over and over. However, I suspect they want him to attend the the inauguration so they can have some protesters boo him off stage.
