President Donald Trump revealed Friday that he would not attend President-elect Joe Biden’s Inauguration ceremony on Capitol Hill.
“To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th,” he wrote shortly on Twitter.

yea he was in the midst of a campaign then. right now he’s getting ready to leave office and probably is making plans for his future and his family. you know the left will hunt them down and harass them wherever they go.

He would be most unwelcome. It is a sensible decision.
I remember Obama did attend Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2017 because the press made a point of showing Obama’s reaction to Trump’s speech. It’s best if Trump doesn’t show up. A lot of people believe cheating did occur and Trump shouldn’t validate Biden’s “victory” by attending the inauguration. There will be protesters on January 20, 2021 and it will be proof that Trump doesn’t have to push for protesters. Millions of people believe Biden is an illegitimate president.

There has been some talk of indicting Trump (and Rudy Giuliani) for inciting a riot. But I think it’s more likely they’ll charge him with violating some obscure state tax law. It’s all nonsense, of course. But today’s Democrats are Stalinists. And Stalinists love their show trials.
Where was he seen yesterday in public? ie in the flesh? And who saw him? Please provide a link to an article describing the public encounter.

I still would not bet my hard earned money that there will be an inauguration. What we have going on is an insurrection by the uniparty not a transition. They are causing a national security crisis.
