All he had to do was write a nice letter to the state legislatures to the effect of:
"Please be advised that the Director of National Intelligence advises there has been foreign interference in our recent elections. This includes altering vote tabulations on servers. I therefore must request that you confirm the appointment of your state's presidential electors as a matter of national security"

It will be very embarrassing when the pretender POTUS can't visit Europe because there are warrants out for his arrest in Italy and Germany for using servers there to steal elections.
