I assume you are an LEO. You may think you have the right to massacre protestors. In 1932, life was cheap. No one thought twice about following orders to fire on American civilians. Today, the soldiers involved would probably spend the rest of their lives in prison. Attitudes have changed. Elected officials aren’t kings whose primary distinction is that they have to run for office. Even the style of governance has to be different. That includes not slaughtering unarmed protestors.
