They need direction and a goal
That goal should be nullification. State governors and legislatures need to start considering nullification of anti-constitutional Fed.gov mandates and laws.
10th Amendment. State’s Rights. Yes— can get behind that— a great Southern tradition (for a different time and culture/economy, but the principal is rock solid).
If we have to rely on them, it would never happen.
They also need discipline- protests need to police themselves.
Washington state ain’t the place to do it. There are provocateurs out there in the State of Washington. During a protest at Governor Inslee’s Bainbridge Island home last month leader Kelli Stewart at 3:02 talks about the people who came around wanting more “drastic action” to be taken in support of President Trump.

Their goal - which this story mentions sort of under its breath, hoping nobody will notice and get inspired - is to get rid of the covid restrictions and get their lives and freedoms back. The media has beeen terrified that people will finally say nope, not going to take it anymore.
And now they’re doing it.
I hope this keeps up and terrifies every tyrant governor or mayor in the nation.
