Based on a report or rumor that glass in a door was broken in front of her at about the same time she was shot, I would guess that it was fired by one of these plainclothes security officers who were photographed by someone inside the House chamber. Perhaps they shot through the glass breaking it, or else shot through a hole that a protestor had just broken ---
Here's another photo from the inside. Notice the furniture used as a makeshift barricade. I have to wonder if these guys were panicking for their safety. Panic + loaded gun seldom ends well. Watching someone on the outside of the glass door start to climb up the wall might have been too much for the least-level-headed of the security guys ---
What's really sad is that 99% of the rally looked like this - everyday people of all demographics, peacefully voicing their unhappiness with the widespread election corruption ---
But the other 1% were doing this on the outside of the Capitol, trying to force their way through the LEO's ---
And the latter photo plus many taken of the homeless, shirtless, wanna-be-voice-actor tard and his buddies, is what people - people we hope to persuade of our side of the story - are going to remember of today.
