one can only imagine that petitions have been circulating among trump cabinet members for days if not weeks, that trump has been informed by trump loyalist cabinet members, and some trump loyalist cabinet members have been written out by others.
if pence is sworn in as president, imho he will need to arrest trump as his first order of business.
if pence is operating as president without presidential authority, then providence help us all.
