About the arrows in the octagon above the door
what does that mean ?
I think it had to do with ancient tribes(native Americans I think) who when they voted, those in favor would cast their particular individualized arrows into a designated center. I think it commemorates the power of the voting process. I read it some place but i can’t be sure if I’m remembering something else or not.
