I do not place this at VP Pence’s feet. I place this squarely at the feet of SCOTUS who failed their constitutional duty in the Texas case.
They could have taken the case and simply ruled that the Constitution, and federal laws, and state laws are not optional and must be followed. That a pandemic does not remove the need to obey those laws.

Well... this demonstration is mostly peaceful. There’s hundreds of thousands of people in the streets; only a few score in the Senate.
More peaceful, percentage wise, than a “demonstration” in Portland or NYC.
Is this like when the Leftist Democrats routinely gave access passes to Code Pink and other agitators who violeted the rules of the House, attacked Condi Rice with red paint, etc?
