Boys 16 should declare they are female and go into girls locker rooms, play their sports and refuse to register for the draft. Later, they can change back.
So, if you factor these things in, would it be Ok to make sure that White Men get to be in charge of all the important stuff?
It’s an Old-Fashioned idea, and rumor has it that they made it illegal almost 60 years ago, but if they want to go back making Race and Gender big factors in promotions, I guess I don’t mind.
