well years ago lawsuits would fly and this would be considered illegal, but now? who knows.
Anyway, this sort of affirmative action tactic has been going on in state and federal agencies for decades. lazy corrupt incompetent people promoted due to their race or gender.
Create a nice letter to your state agency leader stating that you identify as a Bisexual, Trans, African, little person, with a handicap. And if you aren’t treated as such you will sue. Make sure you get a lawyer to draft up the letter. Notarized and delivered by process service.

The Asian vote in that state should be even more ripe for picking for a rebuilt Republican party or another such vehicle for genuine conservative purposes.
And this is with a majority of the state being Caucasian.
What are the odds, that once the become the majority, they reinstitute slavery?
I work for a State agency (I know, a lazy bureaucrat). We hire engineers, Biologists, Land Surveyors, Police officers. We have very few black workers, and the ones we do have are from East Africa. But you have to have P.E., or some cerification like land surveyor, geologist. or pass a civil service test.
They are already doing this. I know with certainty that in a certain department of the state the order was given that the pending promotion would be “to a black woman.” A White male who had done an outstanding job was passed over.
Whitey is now a second class citizen, kept alive as long as he can cough up money for the overpowering maw of an out-of-control state. When his money is gone, he will be disappeared too.
That’s illegal.
