the italian stuff is in a sworn deposition in a case involving leonardo, an international big defense contractor.
so it is now legally existing evidence, albeit not in US jurisdiction (yet).
i am wondering if that counts enough for pence to take independent notice of it and call for a delay until the italian evidence can be presented by someone to joint congress.
