Yeah, but buying a bunch of it to go to the range is cost prohibitive.

Of those firearms, there were at least 7 million new owners. At 100 rounds each, that’s 700 million rounds. Now if all 39 million want 100 rounds of ammo, that’s 3.9 BILLION rounds. The demand is so great that the manufacturers just can’t keep up.

Eric Holder can get you a deal on some nice firearms. Or do we have to bargain with a cartels to get them?

100 rounds of ammo? That’s like 10 minutes at the range.

I’ve switched my new gun purchases for 7.62 ammo which is still cheap and plentiful.
To: LumberJack53213
Personally, I have gone to the 7.62 x 54R ammo and the Mosins. FMJ rounds are averaging @ 60 cents/round. The soft points (for hunting is @ 1.55/round. That is alot cheaper than the $2/round for my 6.5 CM or 224 Valkyrie.
To: 2aProtectsTheRest
Yep. That is just a quick practice session.

100 rounds of ammo? That’s like 10 minutes at the range. But to the media, it's an "arsenal." :)

At my age, it may take that many rounds just to get the damn gun sighted. Usually just have the wife help since ammo is so expensive these days.

I just realized that this doesn’t include states that have their own BGC system, like Tennessee, Oregon, California, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Illinois, Virginia, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Hawaii, and Connecticut.
