Here is my question... are these people he is asking for help AMERICAN CITIZENS LIVING IN GEORGIA?
If so, I don’t see anything illegal here. It would be like any other politician campaigning for Hispanic votes.
But what about: Russia/Russia/Russia,Russia/Russia/Russia?
Do his constituents speak Chinese?

Do you not think that politicians from the PA Dutch Country did not speak German over the years?
Do you not think politicians are not using Spanish in their districts? You would not win in our district if you did not acknowledge the Spanish speaking groups.

Mandurian Chinese is extremely hard to pick up (use of the tone is key in various phrases)...so this wasn’t some minor hobby. He’s going long-term and intends to be some conduit for Chinese business interests.
He needs to be put out of his job, and forbidden to be hired up as a lobbyist for the Chinese government.
My thought, too. If they are naturalized people from China then I don't see what the issue is.
