Its not how many “does that leave”, its how many does Cruz/Josh Hawley etc have as against how many does Romney/Murkowski have.
Right now its 11 versus 3.
You can't assume other GOP Senators will vote with Romney. They never have. He is the most hated GOP Senator on the planet.
