There is nothing to gain. It’s in vogue to think Trump can’t make mistakes, like ALWAYS believing THIS TIME his conversation won’t get leaked.
Trump is a GREAT president but many here are like the villagers with pitchforks in the way they treat Reagan now.
They jump from hero to hero on a blink and then that hero can do no wrong.
The very thing we call out the dems for.
I do love Trump. He’s a fellow NYC boy.
But he does learn some lessons the very hard way and turning on Reagan sickens me.
Interesting they didn’t release the recording, since they allege they have it.
They don’t believe there was any election fraud on the scale that is being proposed by Giuliani and the rest of them. Think Biden won fair and square.
I have a rather large group of friends, of all political persuasions, and all of them believe Giuliani, Powell, and Lin are not believable. This circle also includes many vets and retired military personnel.
Of course the President knew he was being recorded. Of course he knew it would be leaked. And of course he knew it would be reported. Of Course the President recorded the conversation also.
Because of appearances, Trump needed them to open the door first, which they have just done. Now he can release the full recording or other excerpts from the recording which will show the Sec. of State dodging questions or otherwise in an unfavorable light.
Trump is an a-hole, even to his friends. A lot of people just don't like him. Mrs. Tanker and her mother don't like Trump, but they voted for him.
Think Biden won fair and square.

If you haven't seen this, it's the presentation to the State Senate about the data analysis. 151 precincts in Fulton County recorded over 90% Biden votes. Any precinct over 75% is suspicious, according to historical norms.

Given all the info of the many beautiful things Trump has done in his life to help others and you folks still feel this way says much more about you than him.
Glad to hear mom and the missus sobered up long enough to get to the ballot box though.
My father did the same. He’s 81 years old and this is the first time he ever voted for a Democrat presidential candidate (my mom would have certainly done the same but she passed away last year.) He and my mom both voted for Trump in 2016.

Let the record reflect that Donald Trump did everything in his power to be merciful. He issued
multiple warnings to current + former gov’t officials, the media & corrupt third party actors.
He gave them EVERY opportunity to come clean & do the right thing. They chose poorly.

9) training left-leaning poll workers in Democrat strongholds on how to commit fraud;
10) fighting transparency by resisting legitimate requests to audit and review ballots, ballot
envelopes, and computer logs;
11) threatening legislators with criminal investigation and prosecution if they disagreed with
blue state executive officials on the election result;
12) locking Republican legislators out of the state capitol to prevent them from meeting and
challenging election certification; and
13) engaging in illegal ballot harvesting.
This conduct resulted in an election in which the American people cannot have faith, which
violates state law and which should not be certified.

I don’t believe he lost suburban women voters, just liberal spin to say he lost overall. No one in their right mind would vote for Bumbling Basement China Joe after four years of great achievements by Trump, especially those that voted for him the first time. He gained votes, didn’t lose votes.
